Well, to max out your energy you'll want to go full Ascetic's Armour, with an Insighful staff. This alone isn't enough; you'll need good energy management too. Channeling and Inspired Hex should allow you to keep going as long as you need. As for the build..
16 Healing
11 DF
8 Inspiration

Word of Healing{e}
Orison of Healing
Healing Touch
Dwayna's Kiss
Healing Seed
Heal Party
Inspired Hex
Channeling

And in future, please search first..I think I've posted this build about ten times over the last week.

Drop party for Veil/Condition removal. Someone else will generally be covering the HP.

On a monk?

~Edit- I thought you meant you had Edrain, OoB, and Inspired all on your bar. Sorry I misunderstood you, I get it now.

Edrain and inspired hex aren't all too uncommon for monk energy options these days. They're less circumstantial than Mantra of Recall and don't incur the hp loss that OoB does.

I always use energy tap and the energy sig. on the mesmer side of skills and other is full heal seems to work very nice and sometimes i use drain enchantment i always have more than 50% mana and i use signet of devotion whichs gives you +3 secs. of energy regen.

There seem to be about 17 billion topics on monk energy. I recommend you look at the current Article on exactly that.
